Meet Cove Family Co.: Why We Started, What We Believe, and Who We’re Here For
Hey there — we’re so glad you found your way to Cove!
If you’re new here, Cove Family Co. is a family-building ecosystem built for connection and community. But behind the name and the logo, we’re real people who have walked the winding roads of family building ourselves, through infertility, IVF, and hope.
Cove was born from a simple but powerful idea: that no one should have to navigate infertility and family building alone. We’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming (and beautiful) this journey can be; the paperwork, the waiting, the science, the emotion, the what ifs. We wanted to create a place that felt different — grounded, transparent, and genuinely supportive, whether you’re an intended parent or a surrogate.
We’re not here to rush anyone through a checklist. We’re here to slow things down, listen to what matters most to you, and build a team around you that feels like family.
Why “Cove”?
A cove is a safe and sheltered space teeming with life. We loved the symbolism of that: creating a harbor for families in the making, where every voice is heard and every step feels supported.

Human-first care. We never forget that behind every profile or email thread is a person with a story that matters.
Our Team
We’re patients, parents, peer support leaders, and advocates, and we know this world from the inside out. We believe empathy is a skill set and kindness is a strategy.
Meet Jenn: I know firsthand how devastating an unexpected infertility diagnosis can be, how complicated exploring third-party reproduction can be, and how good it feels to be sheltered by your community. That’s what drew me to this work and what keeps me here: helping others feel supported, informed, and cared for. The person standing next to me at Cove helped me through it, and we want to be here for you, too.
Meet Allie: After a years-long struggle with unexplained infertility, I became a mom through the scientific marvel of IVF. I am also a professional community-builder, and it’s a privilege to help you grow your family with Cove. I met Jenn through an online infertility forum, and together we went on to co-lead a private support group for infertility, pregnancy, and parenting. Those women held my (virtual) hands through it all, from IVF injection tips to toddler potty training. Their support changed my life, and my goal is to make sure every surrogate and intended parent feels that same sense of being seen, supported, and surrounded by community every step of the way.
What’s Next
We’ll be using this blog to share real stories, thoughtful advice, and behind-the-scenes insights into the surrogacy process. We’re working to build a community where intended parents and surrogates alike can feel informed, encouraged, and connected.
