Yes! We love and support and have experience supporting all types of families, and our services can help you navigate the logistical and emotional aspects of your unique infertility situation, whether medical or social.

We are in alignment with and fully support all industry ethical standards, and are committed to following them. We will join with full membership in SEEDS very soon!

Our surrogate candidates undergo a rigorous vetting process that includes background checks on every member of the household over age 18, financial stability verification, medical records collection and review to meet ASRM guidelines, and psychological screening. 

• Surrogate Screening Fee: This fee covers the costs of finding and vetting surrogate candidates.

• Surrogate Compensation: This is paid to the surrogate throughout the journey, and managed by an established and insured third-party escrow company. We assist surrogate candidates in setting fair compensation, and we stand by their compensation requests. 

• Surrogate Benefits Package: Covers journey milestone payments (such as bonuses at legal and transfer), cycle contingency fees, and other journey expenses.

• Insurance fees: Paid by the intended parents for medical and life insurance coverage for the surrogate during the journey.

• IVF cycle fees: paid directly to your clinic for the embryo creation and transfer.

This varies by State, and Cove will work with you and your unique circumstances to understand how to navigate legal parentage.

Surrogacy, infertility, and life are not without risks, and our role is to help you understand and grow comfortable with them. Alignment on the “what-ifs” is part of the matching process, and our goal is to support all parties in navigating any difficulties that may arise. You will have a dedicated contact at Cove to walk beside you throughout. Because we are a boutique organization and onboard a limited number of candidates and clients in our support program, and because of our own ethical alignments, we never place profits over people. We understand the pain of infertility well, and your families matter to us.

This will also be discussed during the matching process, and varies from match to match. We’ll discuss each party’s preferences to ensure alignment on all the major aspects of the journey, including communication during and after the journey.
