Allie Moise
Founder, Cove Family Co.
Allie Moise is a founder of Cove Family Co. and a leader in peer infertility support. After years of unexplained infertility, she became a parent through IVF, an experience that shapes her approach to building community for people navigating complex and often non-linear paths to parenthood.
She has supported individuals and families through infertility for many years and brings a background in public service and philanthropy, with experience in policy, grant-making, and program leadership. This work informs Cove’s focus on trust, continuity, and responsible community design.
At Cove, she helps steward an infertility support community that prioritizes meaningful connection, community trust, and community stewardship over short-term or transactional support.
As a founder of Cove Collective, Allie helped shape the community’s core beliefs: that full infertility support must extend beyond medical treatment, that peer support works best when it’s consistent and thoughtfully designed, and that people deserve genuine emotional support throughout the full arc of their family-building journeys.
